In just a few steps, you can easily edit the delivery address for your upcoming AutoShip order. With the AutoShip self service interface, you’re in full control of all aspects of your AutoShip delivery, including delivery address, what you receive and when.

Step 1: Login
Log in to your Pet Chemist account here.
Step 2: Navigate to AutoShip
Click on “AutoShip” in the account menu – see the below examples for where to click on desktop or mobile. Please do not click on “Address”, this will only allow you to edit your saved address for the regular checkout, and will not edit your AutoShip address.

Step 3: View Your Address
Once you’ve reached the AutoShip management interface you can view all the details of your upcoming orders, including the delivery address. Click where indicated below to view the full delivery address.

Step 4: Edit or Add New Address
At this point you can either add a new address, which can be used if you want to change the address for this order only. Or you can edit your address (where indicated below), which is best used if you want to permanently update your address for this order and all future orders.

Step 5: Enter New/Edited Address & Save
Use the pop up screen to edit your address or enter a new address and click save. Once updated, please check the address has been correctly updated.
